Natural Skincare Products from Goats Milk Soap

Essential for your family or as a gift, natural skincare prodtucs are appreciated.

Kids are dirt magnets.  Whatever is messy, sticky, icky or muddy is sure to attach to your children’s clothes and skin.  But are the chemicals and junk you’re washing them with even more harmful than the dirt?

You can keep chemicals away from the tender skin of your precious ones by scrubbing them clean with natural skincare products.  Take a look at the ingredients in the soap your family uses.  Can you even pronounce them?

While bathing her brood one day, P.J. Jonas thought, “I can do better than that.” And the determined mother of eight did just that. Goats Milk Stuff is her family-run business out of Charleston, IN.  They produce goat’s milk soap and organic skin products.  Their own herd of alpine goats supplies the raw milk.  Even the kids (human ones, that is) get in on the fun of making soap.

How Goat’s Milk Soap Is Made

Soap always starts with a liquid.  In the case of natural soaps, those liquids ares typically vegetable oils or milk products.  The beneficial properties of an organic base are passed onto your skin with use.

Think of the creamy texture of any milk and imagine that soothing balm on irritated skin.  Goat milk soap eases pain from psoriasis and baby eczema.  This wonder ingredient has anti-inflammatory properties and is easily absorbed into your skin.

Many commercial soaps on the market contain carcinogens and chemicals that actually work against your skin.  They can produce dry, harsh conditions and either cause or irritate skin issues.

Goat’s milk soap actually adds moisture to the skin through the natural properties of the ingredients – not because moisturizers have been added to the chemicals.  Raw goat’s milk contains restorative proteins, minerals and is high in Vitamin A and E.

The array of “flavors” or scents is ”mouthwatering.”  Natural soaps like black raspberry, peppermint and cranberry spice are a few.  The kids may even want to jump in the bath if they can use “Kool Koala” to clean up.  Jonas has a built-in product-testing team by raising her family on a farm–she can learn a lot about cleaning up dirty kids and hard-working husbands.  She can then share her passion for organic skincare with her large client base.

Natural Skincare “Miracle” Products

Jonas hears many success stories from her customers who have used her goat’s milk soap.

  • Skin problems that defeated seasoned dermatologists were cured by using handmade natural soap
  • Babies with painful skin conditions and desperate parents were soothed by the use of goat milk soap
  • Chapped, cracked hands of gardeners
  • Rough, calloused palms of woodworkers

Tackle the layers of grime on your kids with goat milk soap and wash worries about harmful chemicals away.  As the Jonas family slogan reminds us – “Work hard.  Get Dirty.  Use Good Soap.”
