Recognize anyone you know? ImproveYourHome picks 10 Twitter cold-drink experts

Picture this: You’ve just spent 60 grueling minutes in the blazing sun to mow your lawn (acreage that mysteriously expands everytime the grass creeps higher than 6″). You’re hot; it’s humid–a typical July summer day.

What time is it? Time for your favorite cold one and a long break in the shade! Here’s our list of the top 10 experts on cold drinks and spirits.

Note: You must be 21 or older to enjoy this post! :)

10. GaryVee If you’re a wine gal or guy, meet this wine guy–if you haven’t already. He’s everywhere, and he’s known for translating “fine wine-speak” into the “familiar” so everyone can enjoy the best grape. Try out one of his videos to find your next bottle.9. CoffeeTweet My grandparents were from the South, and their summer-quencher drink of choice was iced coffee. Check out this Tweeter to learn how to make the perfect brew. Then add ice.

8. TFerriss, who’s known for his best-seller, “The 4-Hour Work Week,” is a world traveler and “lifestyle designer” who discovered a passion for Argentine tea. Yerba Maté is basically a stimulant drink that eliminates fatigue and activates mental clarity and physical activity. It’s beneficial effect on nerves and muscles also enhances intellectual work. Try this if you want to be productive for the rest of your day!

7. GotMelik is another tea lover, but also advocates consumption of grapefruit juice. Throw in a fresh lemon for a citrus-y refresher.

6. WineDineTV On a budget? Try Recession Red from Santa Barbara County with a McDonald’s Angus burger (berry, licorice, spice-mild, but with a nice finish), say these experts! Plus find more wine, food, travel and lifestyle tips.

5. WineRecipes Not that we want to focus only on wine, but this Twitter expert has great recipes for cooking with vino. Hey, a man’s gotta eat!

4. BrennerBeer While planning his brewery, Mike Brenner is studying brewing at the Siebel Institute and pursuing an MBA at UWM, so Milwaukee can regain its title as Brew City. Help support this cheesehead by following him in his one-man battle for supremecy.

3. EpicBeer If you’re more of an ale-lover, you’ll enjoy following these Kiwi experts as they prepare for the UK’s International Real Ale Festival.

2. JimBeamFans All neighbors are nicer when you offer them a whiskey sour (sans umbrella). Wrap up the lawn mowing about 4:30, and invite them over for Happy Hour and some gossip at 5:00. Get your cocktail recipes here.

1. OnlyBeerNews Get all the beer news that fits in print…the only *problem* is, online the page never ends. So on this Twitter site, neither do the barley and brew-haus stories!

Well, hope you enjoyed this week’s top 10 edition. Mondays are now our official Top 10 Day. Who do you recommend we add to this list of Twitter cold-drink experts?
